Carlos was born in Toronto Canada to humble working class Portuguese parents. His modest background has enabled him to have great empathy for the less fortunate and a deep-seated commitment to do his part to elevate the human condition. He has an extraordinary passion to inspire others to reach their goals and his infectious confidence serves as an invaluable boost in helping others successfully move forward to accomplish what seems impossible.

Carlos is fluent in English and Portuguese and brings to VATG Network a variety of experiences and skills acquired in such fields as retail, distribution, transportation, sales and marketing. He sets and meets goals effectively, develops strategies to solve problems, and capitalizes on small resources to increase productivity. Throughout his career Carlos has demonstrated an attention to detail that is unmatched.

Carlos is the father of three grown children. He loves soccer, a sport that helps him maintain a competitive edge and an exuberant and fearless energy to tackle any challenge presented to him, no matter how big or small. He is a valuable asset to VTAG.
