CANSERRA: Toronto, Canada (Outreach, Sierra Leone)

CanSerra Development Organization was founded in January 17th, 2009, to respond to the educational and essential needs of the orphaned and less privileged children in the Waterloo Rural Area in Sierra Leone. Poverty, high unemployment and poor education remain widespread throughout Sierra Leone as a result of civil war and social unrest that not only destroyed physical structures, but also impoverished the country. The war left behind many social and economic challenges for the people of Sierra Leone, as thousands were killed, houses burnt, and many left homeless and relegated the category of “refugee.”

VTAG Network Foundation has helped and will continue to help CanSerra fulfill their vision by providing clothing, household items, bedding, mattresses, bicycles, helmets and other essential necessities to the needy/impoverished communities of Sierra Leone.

UKRAINE

VTAG partnered with Wilma and Joshua Kochath of Comage Container Lines, Canada, to ship essential items such as clothing, shoes, toys, medical uniforms, school bags etc. for the impoverished people of the Ukraine. The Masters Foundation distributes all items to the very poor and needy in the Ukraine.
